 Laborde Courtyard (outdoors)

Sherrouse Terrace (outdoors)

• Rate: $200

Entire Center 1st Floor Only

• Rate: $3,750
• Sq Ft: 8,940

Notes:

• All Rates based on 4 hour rental.
• A deposit equal to fifty percent (50%) of the rental fee is required to secure an event.
• A $500 damage deposit, which will be cashed and held in escrow, will be required 30 days prior to the event. If no damage or abuse occurs the deposit will be refunded after the event.
• Balance due 30 days prior to event.

Holiday Rates for Noland/Laborde Hall & Cain Lobby will be $3,500 during the dates listed below:
