We love staying at the Cook anytime we come to Baton Rouge to visit our Tiger. It’s the best hotel in town, so it’s hard to book at times. Everything about it is fantastic.
The hotel staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. The facilities are very nice, and the location is excellent. Lovely views of the LSU campus, lake is right across the street and location is nice and quiet. The breakfast was great.
Beautiful and clean and most importantly the staff was amazing! So sweet and welcoming. Will definitely stay again.
The Cook is an amazing hotel. If you’re into rich tradition it’s worth the stay. A lot of really nice memorabilia in the hallways. The breakfast was great also. The place is immaculate, the service was as kind as can be, lots of smiles. It’s only 1.3 miles to Alex Box so it was a perfect stay for us. It’s also easy to access due to low traffic volume and it’s very quiet. I love the layout of the rooms, the roomy bathrooms and the doors to the rooms. The beds were comfortable although I do prefer a firmer pillow. We will be staying at The Cook from now on when we stay in BR. GEAUX TIGUHS!
Loved the location of this hotel. On campus but quiet and in a nice area for walking. The breakfast buffet* was a nice surprise. Hotel staff was very accommodating and helpful.*Breakfast buffet for two included if room is booked directly.
